Writing Recruiting ads

Safe and Sound Security is a residential home security provider. We sell, install, and service alarm systems throughout California. I need someone to write craigslist, monster, and career builder ads for us. The best person for the job has experience with HTML coding, recruitment sourcing, and knows how to write a catchy ad. We mostly post our ads in Customer Service, Sales, and General Labor. The job that we are hiring for is a commission only door to door job. These canvassers set appointments for salespeople and they make about $750 a week on average. We do not want to say "door to door" or "canvassing" in our ad because if we do, nobody will respond. We want to be creative about how we describe the job and we want it to be enticing to 18 to 25 year olds with very little work experience or entry level experience. The ideal candidate for this job is energetic, outgoing, and willing to get in the trenches. We have plenty of opportunity for advancement.
