Plan Gondola - Structural Design

I require a structural engineer or equivalent that would be cable of designing - planning - and producing an innovative cable car system for a college campus. The most difficult objectives for this projective are: 1. Have it run completely run on renewable energy 2. Future adaptability, expansion, contraction, severe weather etc. 3. Cable to Car connection 4. Support beams, and how they will connect with the car or to other support beams 5. Incorporating the environment to enhance the experience. 6. *Safety* I see the ODU skylift taking off in Norfolk, I feel that as long as we keep the price, and expansion similar to that of a more relaxing, quick, and adapatable subway it will go extremely far.
