Collection of 10 workplace character illustrations including some with visible disability

I'm in need of compelling minimalistic illustrations in a vector style 2D that authentically represent 10 working-age individuals, including 5 with various visible disabilities. These illustrations will be instrumental in my marketing efforts relating to disability employment across various platforms: - Website - Social media - Print materials Rubbing shoulders with the target audience of disabled jobseekers and employers in general, the illustrations should strive to engender empathy and understanding, and challenge the perception that representation of disability can be achieved by including a picture of someone in a wheelchair. Given the nature of the project, ethical representation is paramount. A successful candidate will ideally show: - Experience with minimalistic illustrations. - A strong ability in handling and depicting diversity and inclusivity matters. - Prior work success, particularly in the creation of illustrations supporting advocacy or marketing campaigns. - Artists with lived experience of disability are encouraged to bid and/or make direct contact Your understanding of incorporating subtle interpretations of disability into minimalistic illustrations, will be critical to this role.
