Server setup in tier 2 or tier 3 country

We are a environmentally focused marketing organisation. Our goal is to provider a greener planet. We need a dedicated linux mail server installed as a backup/mail server in another country where it is cheaper then here. We prefer eastern europe, russia, poland, ukraine, india, south america or somewhere with the same price range. So basically we need you to to put a server in a datacenter so that it works and we can log in to manage and install software on it remotely. We would like to pay the provider of whoever wants to set this up on a monthly basis. So we provide a steady long term income for the candidate. Required knowledge: - Basic knowledge about data centers. - English language in writing. - Have rapid access to a data center. - Passion for enviornmental issues
