Based on the given details, we can achieve this by declarative changes by using Sales OOTB features. If the requirement has more to it then I can build an LWC component that will perform the following duties: 1. Upon clicking the 'Close Case' button, it will open a popup to enter all required fields. 2. User will be allowed to close a case after entering the required fields/ all requirements are fulfilled. 3. Once, the case is updated to Closed, then a confetti is displayed. 4. If required fields are already filled/ all requirements are fulfilled, then instead of opening a pop-up, the case will be closed and confetti will be displayed.
