We need some one to pick up customer's inquiry phone calls, to answer customers questions, and give customers suggestions & provide shipping status information, according to the training program you will have. No outgoing calls.
Three month contract minimum, after 50 calls/telephone conversations trial period. you get paid during the trial.
Native Japanese speaker (A Must), with call center experiences ( optional).
Workers prepare telephone by self. Or we mail/provide cell phone to workers in Japan. 050 numbers are not allowed. Oversea workers may setup Japan based DID (access) number and call forwarded to your local telephone/cell phone ( the employer pays call forward fees), so as to receive incoming calls.
