Customer Service VA Needed (Emails Only)

Description
I’m looking to hire a VA to manage customer service emails - I do not want to hire a company or an outsourcing team.
Qualifications:
- Must have great computer, customer service and internet marketing knowledge.
- Speak English as first or a strong language and be able to write well without spelling / grammar errors.
- A history of driving tasks to completion.
- Must be able to sort through emails EVERY 2nd DAY (Every Day Preferred).
- A VA from The Phillipeans, India & Other Developing Nations Is Preferred but I am open to applications from anywhere.
- Be available by email and Skype (or phone).
Tasks would include:
- Sorting through emails in the email accounts that I will give you access to.
- Sending IMPORTANT emails to my personal account.
- Replying to common customer service questions with email templates I give you.
- Processing Cancelations of subscriptions. If someone sends an email wanting to cancel you copy their name, log into our shopping cart, search for their account and change their status from “subscribed” to “unsubscribed”.
- Delete Spam Emails.
- Sending me an email once per day that you do work outlining:
* Highlights from emails – Any emails that stand out (Angry, Success stories etc) that you have forwarded to me that I need to pay attention to (this is most important)
* Roadblocks you have run into (if any)
* An amount of time spent working on the emails
For the most part, you can work your own hours as long as emails are attended to daily or every 2nd day.
You need to be able to have weekly talks on Skype so I can learn from you what the majority of emails are saying and how we can improve our customer service experience.
I would like someone available to start within the next week. If your work ethic is good, this can be a long term position with additional hours available in the future. This business is growing rapidly and so too will our customer service demands.

For bids, please assume that you will spend an hour per day for 30 days in the month. So if you charge $4 per hour, your bid for the month will be 4 x $30 = $120.
