Rockstar Lead Generator /Salesperson required for my Web Design agency.

We are looking for an English-speaking lead generator /sales person to help us generate more leads for our web design agency. We are open to any form of lead generation. This can be a telemarketer/phone sales and cold caller. LinkedIn generation or any other form of online lead generation are also welcome. Our web design agency is centered around the fact that we design high quality websites at amazing prices. Our eCommerce websites are priced at 499$ as a special offer, HTML website at 200$, and WordPress website at 399$. Our websites are of high quality at the rates above, however highly custom websites will have to have a custom quote depends on the features required. This is a fixed rate commission based job. For every potential lead you pass to us that converts to a sale, we pay 10% commission which will be (499*10) = 50 Usd. However if you manage to sequre a client at a higher price (For eg 599$ for an eCommerce website) , you keep the extra funds. So 50 USD plus 100USD. This will be completely uncapped so if you bring us 4 converting leads a week for instance you will be paid 200USD per week, plus any clients secured at a higher rate will be direct funds to you.
