Indian Accent Speaker speech transcription correction for English language

We are speech processing company need speech transcription to validate our software. Our software already produce transcription from voice files. Transcription is a process to write the text from listening the voice file provided with time when a sentence is spoken. Example of transcription file of a voice file as below. Similar to a movie subtitle file. Example attached. <timestamp1> transcription1 <timestamp2> transcription2 <timestamp3> This means transcription1 is spoken between timestamp1 and timestamp2. Where timestamp is the time from begining of the audio file. Process of transcription: Write in text as speaker speaks. This will be segmented into 5 to 15 second transcription segment Exception cases: Overlapping voice : Prefix 00 at the beginning of this transcription. Background Music : Prefix 11 at the beginning of this transcription. Other Background Noise : Prefix 22 at the beginning of this transcription. Quality Check On Transcription: 1. There should not be an incomplete word at start or end of the audio segment (as timestamp is written in transcription). 2. Spelling mistake. 3. Written as it is spoken. 4. Exception cases are marked properly (0, 1, 2 at the beginning). There will be 50 hours of of voice file with their transcription with a cost 25000 INR(Rupees).
