Flash web site

I am looking to have my existing "signs" web site redone. The one i have right now is basic and i would like to look professional with flash portfolio and effects. It's not a big web site it's fairly small and i'm not looking for anything super fancy. I'm looking for: - adding flash effects to my pages. - simplifying the existing one to load faster. - showing the images in the portfolio in a flash slide show. - link "Contact us" to our e-mail address. - organizing the type of signs in 3 categories. - Keeping the site on the search engines and avoiding the re-submission.
