Interactive Stock Portfolio for Joomla CMS

We are launching a stock picking website on the Joomla CMS. We are interested in finding a long term partner who can make a stock market portfolio in Joomla with the following fetures: 1.)users can create their portfolio and view their current values. 2.)users can receive feeds/picks from adminsitrator to populate in thier portfolio 3.)user can apply filters based on formula's and projections given by us or other members. 4.)users can share and view other members portfolios 5.)scalability of the code a must 6.)clean user interface w/ ajax a plus. We would also like charts(web 2.0 style) for stocks, in flash or using jcharts. This can lead to future developments on pending projects. Previous experience in this type of project a must.
