I have been working with [login to view URL] as an advertiser for more than a month. They have a bidding system where they allow you to bid the minimum price for the number of visitors that you can send to your website. As a smart advertiser I set the minimum of 0.001 bid price and select urls/content that will attract many users eye and started various campaigns and it resulted in great results as on each link more than 20,000 visitors started coming and when [login to view URL] see this they stopped accepting more campaigns from that website url. I drank the bitter drink, I said its okay, I will do something else. So, what I did is that at the same minimum price 0.001 USD I started campaigns for a website which they hadn't rejected and started creating campaigns. On this the visitors were not too many but it was fine as mylikes was not complaining about the website and then I thought of a solution to create more number of campaigns so, I had 100 campaigns at the price of 0.001 I increased it to 1,000 campaigns at the same price. As you can understand that even though that the visitors on each campaigns were less but if you increase the number of campaigns still the visitors will increase. And when [login to view URL] saw that I am still able to generate more visitors from their system then they completely stopped my campaigns and are now asking me to increase my bid price to 0.005 from 0.001 I asked them that what are their legal grounds to make me do this as their system still allows 0.001 as minimum bid and other users can still do this but they have introduced this new rule only for me. They have been doing such bossy things from quite a while and I have emails from them and I have strong feeling that i can file a law suit against them as they have sabotaged my website's reputation and have discriminated me on various grounds including ethnic So, those who are willing to fight my case against them please bid and we can discuss this further too. I need a lawyer who is strong and sure that he can win this case for me. I have already warned them to provide me with their legal grounds for such statements otherwise soon my lawyer will contact them.

These cases are not so easy to win. I would have to read their terms and conditions as they likely have a disclaimer. They will say you are "gaming" the system or "reverse engineering," in an unethcal way. You might also be required to divulge your "secret" for getting the likes. You sound very bright. At this point I would need to read the T&Cs and anything on their site, then write a firm letter on your behalf. Of course, you need to consider what it will take to sue them ( a lot ) or ask for a settlement. You can also put your complaint on websites to discredit them, as long as you're telling the truth. I am quite good at writing persuasive letters, but the key to a good letter is affirming the law, which takes time to do. I would never write a letter without knowing how strong your legal position is.
