Looking for a manufacturing or sourcing expert

We are looking for an experienced individual or a company that could focus on finding two types of manufactures for our winter accessories within our time framework. By two types of manufacturers we mean: - Manufacturers of winter accessories( hats, scarves, gloves[mittens actually]) - Manufacturers of Fabric that is on one side soft like the winter wears you find and WATERPROOF (not just water resistant) on the other side. The successful applicant must be able to 1. Find 2 to 5 manufactures that qualify to produce our custom designed products and meet our exact product specifications( we will provide the sample pictures and documents on requirements) 2. Manage manufactures and make sure that each manufacturer will collaborate with us and perhaps the other manufacturer 3. Receive manufacturing quotations, bill of materials analyses, and product samples from manufacturers. Basically take care of logistics for the first time and then hand it all over to us. Please note that you wont get paid until we are certain that the manufacturers are legit and we can continue to have a good business with them, after we get samples from them to make sure we have found the right Manufacturers for our project. Our time is very limited and taken seriously, so the failure to meet the deadlines will result in the cancellation of the whole project and an honest review. We are looking for top quality and modern products. If you are experienced in this field this project can take you a very very short time. We are flexible with the budget.
