Background & Scope: The client is a building ventilation systems manufacturer and wants to enter the Chinese market in three provinces (Hebei, Shaanxi and Liaoning). More specifically, they are looking to finding local partners/clients that can help them achieve market growth. Below are the deliverables:- Target companies:- The companies which do business in following industrial sectors will be interesting: building controls for different functional buildings, for example commercial buildings, public buildings, airports, train stations and so on, fire safety and smoke extraction/ventilation and engineering/construction Phase 1:- Target list creation in assigned provinces (Hebei, Shaanxi, Liaoning) Creation of long list potential clients (approximately 50) - Corporate structure Business scope Product portfolio Website Contact information Phase 2:- Create a dedicated shortlist (10 companies per chosen province) For the shortlisted companies, we will require the following information: Target customers Product & brand positioning Business model Geographic footprint Sales strategy Annual turnover Reason for product expansion Provide final recommendations based on various factors, define pros & cons of partnering with them Setup first level Virtual meetings with the identified potential partners Let's discuss this opportunity over a brief call and take it forward from there.
