Wear in a Reciprocating Mechanism - Simulation Engineer

I am looking for a skilled simulation engineer to perform wear simulations on a reciprocating cam mechanism. My primary goal for this simulation is to analyse the sliding part to select the optimum material for sliding. I am looking to simulate the wear of the plastic surface because of the friction from the high-speed reciprocation of the aluminium part. i.e. how much material will erode from the surface? The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in simulation software. Attention to detail and the ability to interpret and analyze simulation results are crucial for this project. I am open to suggestions regarding the software or simulation tool that should be used for this project. Attached video of the mechanism reciprocating. 2 orange slides are the plastic parts that will experience wear and the grey part is the aluminium.
