SharePoint Alert Migration

Hi - Task: Create a .NET C# console app (or possibly two, see below) that will connect to an instance of SharePoint, get ALL active Alerts, and store in a format (probably XML?) that can be used to recreate these Alerts in another SharePoint site collection. You will therefore provide: 1) A console app which queries and creates the XML file 2) A console app that takes the XML file and recreates the Alerts in a new site, ensuring validation occurs (see Validation below) 3) All code Validation: Obvisouly make sure that when recreating the alerts that the User / List / Library etc exists in the new site (By checking user email, List name etc.). If not then no need to create. Both apps should log all details to a text file. Versions: - Must support taking data from SharePoint 2007/2010 and migrating into SharePoint 2010/2013. We require these console apps within 24 hours. The first to supply a functional working rpototype of example of something very close will be awarded the project. Thanks :)
