Small Bug ix in PHP Program

Hi Guys, Please check the website <[login to view URL]> . When you fill the form on right side it allows you to download a PDF file. However, you will notice that the PDF file that gets downloaded can not be opened and it gives an error message. I need this fixed. I will definitely provide you with all the existing files. The main project was done earlier by another dev company in RAC who managed to complete the project way after their deadline but left the program with this bug. The previous project description is given below for you to understand the entirity of the application. Everything else is working so you just need to ensure that the PDF file that gets downloaded is proper. When a user fills the form and submits that would a) initiate a PDF download b) send a Thank You Email to the user's email address. The system would also store the name and email in DB and then a) send a Follow-up email 3 days later from the date of sign up. b) send another Follow-up email 1 week later from the date of sign up. c) send another Follow-up email 2 weeks later from the date of sign up. d) send another Follow-up email 3 weeks later from the date of sign up.
