Widget Maker

We need a widget maker application for our web-site(in development). We seek a coder to develop an web-based application that would allow? our users to create and feed a custom application widget made up of applications and content from our web-site.? We want the user to be able to select one or two applications from our site and feed it to their social network page and/or friends via email or social network. The widget should be able to function similarly to the application that is on our site.? The widget maker should be able to be customized with a header, color and fonts. It should be able to feed to the top social networks.
