Salesforce, map application

We have an application that is currently utilizing Google Fusion Tables Api to map large datasets and a propietary front end that allows us to draw shapes onto an embedded map, query the points in the polygon, save the drawn shapes, assign them to different users, and export the results. Looking for someone to migrate the same functionality over to a saleforce/[login to view URL] app. We will provide current code, php, js, ajax, for reference and will provide link to existing application in responses.
