The script working by Yii framework. link to the script: [login to view URL] I need to change make some changes / adding things in this script There is already a plugin in this script that makes a cost for each chat message on the chat. for example - 1 message = 1 credit cost from user balance. What I need to add / change: 1. Add a offline payment option for credit card for example : a payment form with credit card validation - all the payment info will be sent to the admin for manual approval & payment with all card info. 2. Need to make chat faster (the chat is laggy now) 3. Need to add nice look notification when user get a new message on chat. 4. Push notification when user get like/new chat message now, each user gets free 10 credits when he registers. 5. if user spend all his chat credits - will popup automatic payment form. 6. Show me how to translate all city's in the list when user registers. Give me price for all this tasks, and also working time. The deadline is ASAP!! thanks.
