Recruitment Researcher

We are looking for a recruitment researcher with the goal of helping us to rapidly grow our HK office. As a recruitment researcher, you will: - Develop and implement an effective recruitment plan of action based on our recruiting needs, - Involve in the full cycle recruitment process with heavy focus on - - Sourcing candidates, i.e. identify the appropriate sourcing tools, candidate search, resume screening, cold-calling, etc. - Candidate generation, i.e. through attending relevant events, networking, social media or job adverts, etc. - Involve in interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding process, etc. - Prepare regular reporting to show the process on recruitment activities, and - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned You will love this project if: - You enjoy interaction with candidates and meeting new people - You enjoy being given the freedom to formulate your own plan and try new things You should get in touch if: - You live in Hong Kong - You have a degree in Human Resources / Business Management or a related discipline, - You have around 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition (someone with a background in Technology is highly preferred), - You love to think outside the box, - You are self-driven, resourceful and proactive with strong interpersonal skills, - You are persistent and hard-working and result oriented, - You have excellent presentation skills, - You are able to carry out duties autonomously, with little direct supervision, and - You are proficient in written and spoken English Duration of the project: - Flexible. 1-3 months to start. - Work could be ongoing to the right person - We are trying to fill at least 10 headcount - Expect a 20 hours commitment weekly
