Transcribe and translate - English/Russian to Russian

I need a Russian to English translator to help me transfer an English-language video into a Russian-language video. The video is 2.5 minutes long and includes Russian dialogue and English dialogue, as well as English captions. It's less than a page of material in total. I'll provide a downloadable link to the English file. There are two components to this job: subtitles and captions. Subtitles (for dialogue): I would like an SRT file for the subtitled dialogue that I can plug directly into Final Cut Pro X. Please make my job easier by timing the Russian subtitles to be in sync with the English subtitles. If that's not possible, please remember that the target point for synchronization should always be at naturally occurring pauses in speech-sentence boundaries. To be clear, both the Russian and English language speaker need to be subtitled in Russian. Captions: I'd like a table with the current English on the left column and your Russian translation on the right column. It's important to keep the translation concise, but also to maintain the tenor of the captions. Obviously the translation has to make sense in Russian.
