I have working experienced as a Logistic Manager who handle shipment from door of the customer in outside IIndonesia until door of the end user of the customer in Jabodetabek area, Included re-packing and customer visit. Responsibilities: • Report to Area Logistics Director & Indonesia Country Manager. • Assist in the preparation of detailed logistics service proposal, cost models and presentations for potential and existing clients with a view to achieving lowest total cost and effective supply chain management solutions that win new business. • Maintain and develop relationships with customers to better ensure customer expectations are being fully met. Seek and secure new business as and when the opportunity arises. • Prepare detailed tender and bid documents, focusing on customer requirements, supply chain interfaces and leveraging the brand and the competitive advantages of the company. • Develop logistics working procedures. • Provide daily logistics operational support within the company. • Responsible for life cycle management for global account customers. • Implement all logistics activities in accordance with local and regional office standards. • Ensure communication between local logistics partner and customer is working effectively. • Ensuring enquiries from existing and prospective customers are being handled and progressed effectively. • Prepare presentation materials, price lists and service agreements. • Managing customer services effectively.
