Hello, It is hard to give you any estimate of the hardware and software development that is required to build your idea so I suggest to discuss. I am a software engineer but also expert in electronic prototyping. At this moment I can't tell you more but I am really curious and interested to discuss. After our meeting I will be able to estimate how complex or simple it is to build and what are the possible technical difficulties.
