This is a 40 hrs full time employment with a salary range from EUR 2500 to 3100. I'm looking for a call center agent with high proficiency in German & English. The agent will be providing telephone support services for a SaaS company, handling incoming calls. This position requires someone who can think quickly, remain positive and be reliable. Customer service experience is a must. This position will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, so you must be highly organized. I have 10 years of experience in Customer Service and 6 years of experience in Call center. I have experience in listening and evaluating calls, also coaching agents on it. While working with Shaw I moved up to leadership position where I was responsible for 50 agents Performance and Sales Target I have 4 years of experience in Freelancing with couple of companies. The most recent experience is with US based company PR Distribution working as freelancer, trained For Distributing Press Releases, Reports, Email Handling, Live Chat, on Phone Customer Service.
