Convert Pagemaker file to MS Word document

I am looking for someone to quickly convert the attached Pagemaker document into appropriate MS Word document. It is important that there should NOT be any difference in presentation and layout between these documents. All spacing, fonts, margins etc are to be taken very carefully. To sum up, there should not be any visible difference between these two documents. We have 8 of these documents to be converted; we will award the rest of the documents post successful conversion of this document. We look to close this project ASAP. NOTE: The original file has been created in Adobe Pagemaker 7.0
