36960 convert html to xhtml css

I have a small site of 3 pages I need converted from html table-based design into a tableless CSS and XHTML based site. This should be a quick job for someone with an excellent understanding of css. I want to use css as much as possible, for all fonts, layout, element positioning etc. NO TABLES whatsoever to be used. This is CRITICAL. I need to know how much and how long it will take. Successful programmer/designer will be given more of these to do. Am looking to establish relationship. All code must be optimized to make the output files SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER than the original. I am looking to solve a problem in file size and download speed. All CSS should be cross-browser compatable, and all html converted to XHTML compliant code. This must render valid.
