Re-Design of Login-Page for Hotspot

I have a working login-page for a hotspot. You find the screen-shots (bottom/top) attached. The text blocks, translated from German, are the following, just to give you an idea: - "Schloss-Cafe Herten" : Cafe in the Castle of Herten (name of town) - "Willkommen ....Aufenthalt". Welcome to the cafe in the Castle of Herten .... wish You a pleasant stay. - "Melden Sie ..." : Please, login to use the hotspot service. - "Zugriffscode" : Access Code (Input Field) - "Ich bin einverstanden .." : I accept the Terms of Use - "Es wird empfohlen ..." : We recommend to switch off the pop-up blocker. - "Wenn Sie eine ...zur Verfügung" : For your parties, meetings ... we offer You to use our chimney room or the big festival hall. This login-page works, but it needs to be more "beautiful", to be re-designed. All type of changes will be considered. To represent the text blocks, HTML is preferred, because of flexibility to change. However, graphical representation of the text blocks might be considered as well, in case especially "beautiful". Supplier has to provide all Photoshop files, plus .png/.jpg for all images/background. All copyrights have to be passed to buyer. Supplier has to present 3 different versions of the re-designed page, for the buyer to choose from. Supplier has to show previous work. Buyer can provide all the single images, which are presented in the screen-shot, and even a few more.
