Then the user would fold the container in half in order to squeeze the two halfs together like a fireplace bellows and dispense a drop of fluid from the now exposed nozzle. Ideally the hinge would allow fluid to pass while still keeping the internal volume constant until fully folded to squeeze out drop. (we don't want to suck in air or squeeze out fluid during the opening process). We are looking at using Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic for the bottle perhaps varying the thickness in parts to achieve result. In a tiki hut or some other somewhat beachy but not frumpy structure at the side of the beach you will see a person looking at a computer screen. On the screen there is information (red and green) about the snorkeler. There needs to be some kind of symbol (light flash of some kind?) to show that the ‘screen” is ‘talking’ with the snorkel masks. (the actual connection is through radio wavelengths.) Then we want to show that if one of those signals shows red the snorkeler is in trouble, the signal will show that on the screen and the person monitoring the snorkelers can then signal the lifeguard to help the swimmer. ...
