There are several fields like Name, Email, Message and File upload that need to work so i receive the submitted form. Furthermore i need you to make a success site that users are redirected after filling out the form to integrate my google advertising. The user should be redirected to that success page where there is a success message like "Thank you for your message, we will get back to you soon" and after a countdown of about 10 seconds automatically be redirected to main website again.
