We are using OTRS 5. We currently have only email notifications that can be trigger. We need to trigger SMS notifications aswell. It is to be done thru web services function of SOAP/REST.

We currently have a OTRS server 5.0.16 in a Debian 6 box with MySQL 14.14 which have performance problems. Once in a while the server gets unresponsible and need to reboot it. Would like to setup a new linux box: p.e. Ubuntu server with the latest stable version of OTRS, latest stable MySQL, and latest OTRS, etc. We'll provide ssh access to both servers. Target machine will be provided with basic setup, need to be tuned. Need migration services between both servers. Have to be done in three iterations: first, setup target machine with a premigration data load for testing. Once validated, second and last migration have to be done. We are looking for adhoc ongoing help but the first job is: 1) For OTRS to send out an automatic follow up to customers that have not replied to our ticket. When OTRS calculates a ticket's age the system, includes weekends and the counter does not stop running after 17:00 on weekdays. This makes it difficult to determine a ticket's age when only 'standard work hours should be taken into consideration. We would like for the OTRS ticket's age to reflect time only accumulated during weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00.
