In my 16 years of recruiting, I have accumulated a very diverse range of skills in the Talent Acquisition space and although I have spent the majority of that time with entry level/MBA cohorts, my skills are transferable to all levels of recruiting. I have developed and implemented brand new programs both in the U.S. and abroad, and I have lead companies through revitalization of their existing programs by re-strategizing sourcing methodologies and more effective sell strategies based on the most compelling value proposition, leveraging both grassroots recruiting efforts and Social Media campaigns. I have served as an on-campus recruiter both at the Undergraduate and MBA level and also have served as a business recruiter, managing the hiring of and overseeing internship programs, monitoring performance and retention. When new profiles have surfaced as needs for businesses I have supported, I have developed innovative and cost effective solutions to hire this niche talent, while reaching a broad range of schools and diverse students. I am trained in various interviewing techniques and have also trained managers and senior leaders on interviewing as well especially in the space of Unconscious Bias. I heavily rely on historical data and analytics to build my business case.
