German transcription - 40 minutes (Only bid if you can start right away)

I have a 40 minutes long file in German. I need transcription of it in word document. The transcription needs to be done in word document and we need accurate transcript of the audio. No SRT is needed. I need it done within 20 hours max Budget: 32 AUD fixed Bid only if you are a native German speaker and can start right away.
