Project Description: I am looking for a skilled developer to create a program or script in PHP that will allow me to download PDF invoices from my mailbox using an IMAP connection. Programming Language: - The project should be implemented in PHP. - The program need to select all unseen messages, download pdf invoice and save it in a folder. - When multiple attachments are in the mail, such as, pdf invoice, xml invoice and pictures only the pdf has to be downloaded and saved. - The script will check the number of pages of the pdf file. If this is more then 3 pages it is most likely not an invoice, so no need to save this. (Then number of pages is an easy to configure parameter) - The date the email was sent is used to download the invoice in a folder based on month and year. So if a mail is sent on 4-9-2022, the invoice is saved in the folder ending with 2022/04 The base folder is a configurable parameter - The script should be designed to work with various email providers. - The from address is used to add the domain name to the name of the invoice to easily recognize the invoice. So when invoices<at>[login to view URL] is sending invoice [login to view URL], the name to save will be [login to view URL] - The program/script will run on Linux. (Red-hat 8 or equivalent) - The program/script is easy to install and copy to other PC’s. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in PHP programming language. - Familiarity with IMAP protocol for mailbox access. - Ability to handle PDF file downloads and processing. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
