Four Data Entry Personnels for a Web Portal

I have an Informative Website and for which in this initial stage, I require 4 data entry personnel to input, update, edit infromation on a website I want them to work from an office space, all together and they should have systems and internet... I will be training them and then constantly communicating with them about updates, progress and daily reports and status... So i will be their point of contact and the service i need from you is -- to find me some full time permanenet data entry employees Good english and good use of internet browsing and good basic IQ knoweldge of mobile phones, laptops and cameras i am willing to hire these personnel for 9 hours a day (9am to 6pm) and pay them INR 15000 Per Month as Salary for Each
