i need to get the services of a developer who understands PHP & Java to correct and update some open source software. I have access to raw code and git hub library. Programs work, but needs some adjustments to get them to operate properly. There is not a lot of parts of the the different software that needs correcting and so i would not expect it to take too long, as most of the features work fine, but there are some features that are not working in correct manner. I want to start off with one application fix. Then if work fine, we can work together to add extra features.

We are a small non-profit with remotely working staff, so want to improve our secure file storage, organization, and collaboration. We've been using Google Drive but not all team members can access folders at present.
