I need to find several zip codes (5 - 10) for the Dasher application that, when entered, would prevent new drivers from being waitlisted (that is, they would be taken to the next page, and not to the page with a message that they have been added to the waitlist).

I have Python code on github and I just need to add a filter to it, something very simple. the code is ready just add a filter
