Sales and Office Reception Assistant. This role requires you to work on Sydney time. 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday. More hours available to move to full time later in the year. Working hours are not flexible. You must have your own computer that is not shared with anyone else, this is for Data security reasons. You also must have a strong internet connection. Tasks: 1. Scheduling meeting with inbound leads that have filled out our online enquiry form and contacting them to book appointments via our SMS platform, email and phone calls. 2. Contacting leads that have active quotes to help the team close sales and win the client. 3. Manage the appointment setting and confirm meetings for the CEO. 4. editing template policies for our clients 5. Posting on social media (Facebook and LinkedIn) twice a week. 6. Answering the office reception phone (connected to your Microsoft Teams account) to take messages, and booking appointments. Experience: - Mid-level experience in contacting leads and speaking to customers - Familiarity with lead generation strategies and techniques - Excellent communication skills Must be extremely organised and professional: Duration: - permanent role Ideal Skills and Experience: - Previous 3 years + experience in a sales role or similar position - Proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation - Ability to work independently and meet targets - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers
