The focus is on what is not obvious. e.g. The footer has a "join newsletter button", but where do you edit that and how does it inte...so the ideal is I make a list of all to do, but that's not going to happen - You may need to build up casually over time as come up with more 'things to explain' so if you have a fair rate and free time, this can be done over weeks.
